How much does it cost?

All cuts are $12.50 per pound regardless of the cut and based on quarter, half, or whole animal. All cuts are prime meat and customized to your order. 


How much meat is in a whole, half, or quarter?

A whole cow is approximately 480 pounds.
A half cow is approximately 240 pounds.
A quarter cow is approximately 120 pounds.


What sort of cuts will I get?

Whole (480 Ibs)

20-24 rib eyes

16 filets

16-20 sirloins

8 Pichana

16 New York Strips

Osso Buco

Stew Meat

Short ribs

Roast (sirloin tip, chuck)

240 lb Burger meat

2 skirt steaks

How much freezer space will I need for my beef?
Plan on approximately one cubic foot of freezer space for every 15-20 pounds of meat. The interior of a milk crate is slightly more than a cubic foot. For a 1/2 a beef, you will need a 7 cu ft. freezer.
